Big Cat Mud Run

My name is Derek Krahn, Operations Director (glorified poop scooper) for the Center for Animal Research and Education (CARE), a non-profit big cat sanctuary in North Texas. Going against my self preservation instincts, I'm training to compete in a series of extreme mudruns in order to raise money, awareness, & visibility for CARE. This blog will serve as a chronicle of this impulsive misadventure. I'm looking for sponsors in exchange for promotion. Let's make this thing BIG!
